Affordable Attorney Fees
Fees for most cases may be charged on an hourly basis or on a  contingency fee basis (a percentage of the recovery).  All fees are negotiable and are based on the specific facts and complexity of the case.

Member, bars of the State of  California, Northern California Federal courts, and United States Supreme Court. Licensed to practice law in all California state courts (municipal and superior courts, California courts of appeal, and the Supreme Court of the State of California), Federal courts in the Western United States - the 9th Circuit - (the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit) and the United States Supreme Court, Washington, D.C.

For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please call (510) 623-4100 or (925) 225-0640. If you call me during business hours (i.e. between about 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) and I am not in the office to take your call, it means I am probably in court, meeting with a client, or otherwise working on a case. If that happens, please leave a message with my receptionist and I will return your call as soon as I possibly can. Here are the various ways to contact me:

From Dublin or Pleasanton, take 680 south to Fremont.  Exit on Mission and head to Stevenson. Turn left on Stevenson (west) to Paseo Padre. Turn left on Paseo Padre and right  into the first parking lotjust past the Argus Newspaper building.

From San Jose or Milpitas, take the Nimitz freeway (880) north to the Stevenson exit. Take Stevensonto the right (east) to Paseo Padre. Turn right on Paseo Padre and right again into the first parking lot just past the Argus Newspaper building.

From Mountain View or Sunnyvale, take highway 237 east and then 880 north to the Stevenson exit. Take Stevenson to the right (east) to Paseo Padre. Turn right on Paseo Padre and right again into the first parking lot just past the Argus Newspaper building. Fremontis approximately six miles north of 237.

From Stanford, Palo Alto, or Menlo Park, take the Dumbarton Bridge to 880 and go south toStevenson Blvd. Turn left on Stevenson (east) to Paseo Padre. Turn right on Paseo Padre and right again into the first parking lot just past the Argus Newspaper building. Stevenson is the freeway exit just pastNewPark Mall.

From Oakland, Hayward, or the Dumbarton Bridge, take the Nimitz freeway (880) south to the Stevenson exit. Turn left on Stevenson (east) to Paseo Padre.
